On weekends in SLO, the buses have a slightly different schedule than they do during the week. Their hours of operation are reduced and some of the routes run only once an hour. As a result, people transferring from one route to another will find that their wait is a bit longer.
Religious groups apparently know this because it seems to me that they tend to be there more often on weekends than during the week. They go down to the transit center with the desire to evangelize and share their faith. And to me, that’s absolutely fine. After all that is one of the freedoms on which our nation was founded: the freedom to worship. (more…)
